The Project Coordinator collaborates with the Designers and Designers Assistants to ensure the successful build-out of projects, and that the planning and designs are achieved to the satisfaction of clients, contractors, and WKB. They provide oversight, manage relationships and expectations with ease, identify and prevent problems before they happen, and maintain strong communications across all parties. When problems arise, they keep the project on-track and on-budget. The Project Coordinator is a leadership role that is responsible for well-run projects and great outcomes. Experience in kitchen/bathroom/interior design, CAD design, and/or common building practices is preferred but not required.

As the Designer Assistant you will be in charge of carefully monitoring, managing, and supporting the client journey through proactive collaboration with all parties involved in each project.  In collaboration with our Designers, you are an important partner with them, our clients and contractors, ensuring that every step is seamlessly orchestrated from the early stages of introduction to the final touches of a project.
